Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase you have 7 days to contact us to request for change of mind on unopened and unused products. Please email us at info@baskaromatherapy.com.au to request a return and quote your order number.

Refunds will be processed within one week of receiving the returned product. Please note we do not cover the cost of return postage and you are responsible for the product whilst it is being sent back, we are unable to refund products that are damaged or become lost in sending. 

Opened and used products are unable to returned unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described. Our returns policy does not affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way.
