  1. My order is a gift, can I include a personal note? Yes, we are happy to include a brief note on your behalf! Select your items, go to CART add your message and we will include it with your gift.
  2. When will my order be shipped? Orders are usually shipped the next day, excluding weekends or Public Holidays.
  3. Can I track my order? Yes, we post via Australia Post, tracking will be added to your order and you will be notified when shipped.
  4. What is your exchange/returns policy? Please view our RETURNS page
  5. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed? Contact us immediately via our CONTACT page, provide your order number and contact number and we will call you to discuss. 
  6. Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we can ship international orders. Contact us via email and we will arrange a quote.
  7. Do you have a physical store location? Our entire range of products is available in Melbourne: Artocracy, 435 Sydney Road, Brunswick, VIC 3058.
  8. Is it safe to ingest essential oils? No, for your safety, we do not recommend ingestion. We have a blog coming on this soon.
  9. Are my pets safe around essential oils? Yes, used with caution your pets are safe. read more HERE
  10. Are your products safe for sensitive skin/allergies? Generally, our products are suitable for sensitive skin. We recommend you check the ingredients list before trying. We recommend a patch test and leaving for 20 minutes to see if your skin reacts to a product.
